Our Approach:
We start by taking an inventory of any existing finishes, furnishings or conditions that
need to be incorporated into the design scheme. We then ask you to fill out a
questionnaire to help
us identify your goals, likes, dislikes, and your budget.
We often collaborate with architects, contractors, engineers and other (interior) specialists needed
for your project. We are sensitive to residential and commercial code
and zoning requirements, union
issues and working with architectural review committees.
Our studio is equipped with an extensive library, sample room and drafting equipment, where we quite
literally "put it all together." The next step is presenting you with realistic alternatives for turning
your vision into reality. Often this is accomplished in "phases", which is
sometimes easier on your
budget and your ability to "live through the mess of a construction project"! |
